Description InMotion Physical Therapy is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time opportunity within the Hospital/Health Care industry is ideal for a results-driven professional who can lead impactful projects that improve patient care, operational efficiency, and organizational outcomes. As a Healthcare Project Manager, you will oversee complex initiatives from planning through execution, collaborating with clinical and administrative stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope. Your work will directly support our mission to provide high-quality physical therapy services and enhance the patient experience across our programs. This remote role offers a competitive hourly rate of $45.00 - $70.00 USD, commensurate with experience and project scope. Responsibilities Lead and manage healthcare projects from initiation through completion Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate cross-functional teams, including clinical and administrative staff Monitor project progress and report on key milestones to stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies Facilitate communication between departments and external partners Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records Evaluate project outcomes and implement continuous improvement strategies Support change management efforts related to new processes or technologies Requirements Mid-Senior level experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings Strong understanding of healthcare operations and patient care processes Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams remotely Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Experience with project management software and tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment #J-18808-Ljbffr InMotion Physical Therapy
