Competitive Compensation and Benefits Annual Full-Time salary: $80,000–$100,000. Part-Time Salary: $50-$60 an hour. No fee-for-service model: Enjoy stability and the freedom to prioritize patient outcomes. Full-time providers are paid an annual salary. Part-time providers are paid an hourly rate.
