In this senior full-stack engineering role, you will:

• Architect & Deliver Full-Stack Features: Partner with architects and product managers to design, estimate, and deploy robust capabilities across C#/.NET Core, database, and front-end tiers.
• Leverage Native Azure Services: Build scalable, resilient SaaS solutions utilizing modern Azure cloud patterns, automated deployment pipelines, and feature management.
• Drive Quality & Testing Rigor: Champion Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) alongside performance and security testing to ensure production readiness.
• Maintain Observability & Operational Excellence: Utilize advanced logging and monitoring tools to diagnose issues, maintain system health, and participate in a true YBIYRI operational model.
• Elevate Team Standards: Conduct code reviews, refine user story estimation, and mentor mid-level engineers across agile methodologies and modern software patterns.

What You Bring

We are seeking an established full-stack developer who balances deep Microsoft ecosystem expertise with modern cloud practices.

• Core Experience: 7+ years of professional application development experience (Bachelor’s in CS or equivalent experience).
• Microsoft & Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, and Microsoft SQL Server .
• Azure & CI/CD Pipelines: Hands-on experience with Azure Services, Azure DevOps , automated CI/CD pipelines, and feature flag management.
• Front-End & Testing Practices: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks paired with applied TDD/BDD methodologies.
• Operational Mindset: Proven troubleshooting abilities in production environments, understanding of Windows OS principles, and comfort in an on-call pager rotation.
• Bonus: Background or domain experience within financial technology, SaaS finance, or enterprise banking systems.
