Advise clients on sophisticated estate and wealth transfer strategies
Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments
Assist clients with tax-efficient succession planning and preservation of family wealth
Counsel closely held businesses on ownership transition and long-term planning matters
Work with fiduciaries and charitable organizations on trust administration and related legal issues
Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to provide comprehensive planning solutions
JD from an accredited law school
Demonstrated academic achievement
4+ years of experience handling trusts & estates matters
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
Experience advising high-net-worth clients on estate and tax planning strategies preferred
Licensed to practice in Washington or eligible to obtain
